Butifarra

Últimamente he estado con ganas de cocinar. Comencé mi búsqueda de recetas como cualquier otra. En Google.

Encontré todo tipo de recetas sobre cantidades de cosas pero estaba con ganas de un riquisisísimo Pan al Ajo (o también conocido como Garlic Bread). Puse en Google “garlic bread recipes” y encontré muchas muchas muchas recetas. Por la mayor parte, todas parecían decir lo mismo. De ahí encontré una que me llamó la atención, no solo porque tenia una foto apetecedora sino también porque con la receta había una pequeña historia. Contaba de una señora que de chiquita siempre desayunaba los sábados con toda la familia, y que en estos desayunos el papá cocinaba. Claro está que a la hora de cocinar el papá hacía un pan al ajo milagroso…

Es así en esto de querer transmitir más que una receta deliciosa les escribo una pequeña anécdota de Butifarras.

An education is essential for human development. It is through education that students learn essential skills and concepts to be able to function in the “real world”. These skills and concepts include mathematic equations, scientific formulas… Good education, goes beyond just teaching these skills and concepts. Good education teaches the students to apply the skills and concepts they have learned in the “real world”. Excellent education allows the students to be able to fully function in the “real world” with real people. It gives the students the practice and the knowledge to know how to deal with issues they might face when “out” in the “real world”. Excellency is by nature, something all humans seek. However in South Korea, it seems that society, specifically the teachers and the parents, have lost the idea of what an excellent education is.
